The opportunity

Join our Power Electronics Service team and take ownership of a key commercial role across multiple markets. You will drive the execution of our service sales strategy while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams. This role offers a unique blend of commercial legal and technical exposure. You will work independently solve real business challenges and influence decisions through your expertise. How youll make an impact

Drive and monitor the progress of the power electronics service sales strategy across assigned markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market trends and client engagement.
Develop contract strategies and project proposals aligned with customer needs and budgets.
Review negotiate and manage contract baselines to maximize financial and operational performance.
Coordinate with technical financial and legal teams to ensure accurate commercial execution.
Provide guidance on new business opportunities using strong legal and commercial knowledge.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

Degree in Engineering Business Administration Law or a related field.
Experience in service sales contract management or commercial roles.
Strong understanding of contract negotiation and legal terminology.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English; Spanish is required for regional operations.
