Private Client Solicitor (3 PQE)
Salary: Profit-Related Bonus
Location: Romford (Office-based with flexible working)

The Opportunity
Our client is looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor with strong all-round private client capability and a particular interest in elderly client work. Youll handle quality instructions supported by experienced colleagues and dedicated support staff in a firm that prioritises client service and sustainable workloads.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage a varied private client caseload including:
- DraftingWills includingcomplex Wills
- PreparingLasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Probateandfull estate administration
- Grant of Probateapplications
- Inheritance Tax (IHT)and succession planning
- Trustswork
- Court of Protection matters
Requirements (What Were Looking For)
To be considered you should be able to demonstrate:
- 3 years PQEas a Private Client Solicitor in the UK
- UK private practice experiencehandling private client matters end-to-end
- Confidence across core private client work with exposure toelderly client lawhighly valued
- STEP and/or SFEaccreditation/affiliation (ideal not essential)
- A proven track record of meetingfee targetsand contributing tobusiness development
- A practical client-first approach with strong organisation and case management skills
- LEAP case managementexperience (preferred)
- Willingness to engage in local networking and practice development soreasonable commuting distance to Romford is important
Salary Working Arrangements & Location
- Salary: (DOE)
- Bonus:Very generous individual profit-related pay scheme(based on your performance)

- Working pattern:Full-time with aflexible working contractin place
