Job Summary
- High School diploma required; Bachelors preferred.
- Two years directly related experience.
- Knowledgeable in computer and peripheral hardware specifications.
- Advanced computer skills ability to create reports/presentations using Excel PowerPoint Word Visio and LucidChart.
- Proficient in Windows OS Apple and Microsoft Office Professional Suite.
- Knowledgeable in TipWeb Hayes inventory tracking software.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and multitask ability to perform at a high degree of accuracy.
- Organizational communication customer service and interpersonal skills required to achieve the goals of the position.
- Capable of documenting and reporting special projects.
- Maintain PC and peripheral data and provide required reports to administrators and departments.
- Track the progress and quality of work being performed by responsible departments and vendors.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members.
- Assist with budget management of district funds capable of submitting budget transfers through the Oracle financial system to reallocate funds to the appropriate campus or department line codes.
- Assist Directors with approved requisition entry requests.
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports in order to track departmental expenditures requisitions and purchase orders and related budget and contractual spending.
- Regularly report on issues related to procurement status of department requisitions.
- Create and maintain campus technology distribution forms.
- Interact with Inventory Control to ensure inventory is being accurately recorded within TipWeb Hayes Inventory System.
- Perform other special projects as required by the Enterprise Support Services Department ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to the Enterprise Support Services Service Level Agreement (SLA).
