As a Buyer at Computacenter you will be responsible for the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle and ensuring the process is efficient and offers the best customer experience.
What youll do
- Purchase Order Lifestyle Management from PO through to completion
- Ensure the accuracy of all requisition details before submission
- Resolving errors and queries in POs
- Ensure all POs as issued to vendors
- Track orders to ensure deadlines are achieved and sourcing alternative products if required
- Inventory Management
- Resolution for purchasing related issues
- Manage supplier relationships resolving any disputes escalating to the purchasing manager when required
- Achieve buying SLAs and KPI performance targets
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
- Maintain cost control requirements
What youll need
- Previous experience in a customer focussed environment
- Previous buying experience
- Highly organised
- Commercially aware
- Motivated team player
- Outstanding communicator
- Able to work to deadlines and SLAs
