Join our People Support Solutions team as a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner and leverage your expertise in human interaction to launch a career in global talent acquisition.
The Opportunity:
Launch your career in Talent Acquisition by learning to manage the full recruiting lifecycle within a supportive global team.
Act as a key communication partner for hiring managers and senior leaders applying your coaching and interpersonal skills to guide them through the hiring process.
Learn to conduct in-depth candidate assessments focusing on evaluating core competencies and fit.
Manage and optimize the candidate experience ensuring clear consistent communication from application to offer.
Utilize advanced HR technology (Workday) to streamline recruiting activities and support crucial data management.
Collaborate closely on internal talent management efforts including succession planning and internal mobility applying a strategic lens to organizational needs.
Contribute to process innovation helping us challenge the status quo and continuously improve our talent search strategies.
Who You Are:
Advanced language skills in German and English (both written and spoken) are mandatory.
Ideally 1-2 years of experience in recruitment
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Life Science or equivalent work experience is required.
You possess a strong customer-centric growth and agile mindset thriving in ambiguous and multicultural environments.
You demonstrate proven stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to manage expectations and build trust with diverse partners.
You are capable of working independently effectively managing multiple competing priorities and driving toward results with a positive attitude.
