Job Summary
Kroll is seeking a Managerin its Discovery & Analytics Solutions practice to support and execute global eDiscovery engagements as part of its growing India-based delivery team. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day project delivery supervising team members and ensuring that work is performed efficiently defensibly and in accordance with Kroll standards.
The Manager will lead multiple concurrent matters provide technical and workflow guidance and act as a key link between senior leadership and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end eDiscovery project execution including processing hosting review support analysis and production.
Oversee day-to-day workload management task prioritization and quality control across active matters.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on delivery-related topics.
Apply advanced Relativity features to design efficient workflows and optimize review environments.
Identify and escalate risks issues or bottlenecks in a timely and proactive manner.
Mentor train and supervise Senior Associates and Associates providing regular feedback and coaching.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
Essential Traits & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Law or related field.
Experience: Typically 68 years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support including management of matters or teams.
Strong hands-on experience with Relativity (required).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with global teams and supporting cross-border matters is preferred.
