Working within Aurecons WA & NT Project Services Hub (PSH) this role is a hands-on project delivery focused role working across multiple projects and industries. This is a Perth based role.

You will be working with the Regional Information Manager the broader digital team project teams and clients to set up good information management practice and drive excellence in project specific delivery. This involves understanding and defining project information requirements and upholdingstandards.

Here are the key things you will do to bring ideas to life:

• Provide input for project tendering by assessing client requirements and promoting our business capabilities in relation to information management

• Lead the project information management function process for assigned projects to ensure alignment with project scope standards and information management requirements including ISO 19650.

• Develop and implement processes and manage training access and security permissions for project data at all stages of delivery

• Work with the document control team to develop streamlined approaches to the control and exchange of information and deliverables

• Contribute to project Digital Work Plans to document the digital engineering requirements processes and tools by coordinating with digital production automation GIS document control and CAD leads

• Work alongside technical and delivery teams to identify and mitigate digital delivery risks supporting efficient workflows and helping the project meet its milestones.

• Work with the Regional Information Manager to drive new initiatives and continuous improvement and coach the broader teams including contributing to the development of automation tools to ensure efficiency and consistency

• Proven experience as a Project Information Manager across multiple projects and industries such as Defence Energy Resources Infrastructure and Built Environment ideally within an engineering consultancy organisation.

• Experience in applying relevant industry codes standards and relevant quality systems including a sound understanding of document and quality control processes including an understanding of the ISO 19650 principles across the entire asset lifecycle

• Solid experience with digital delivery platforms such as ProjectWise Autodesk Forma (ACC). SharePoint InEight and Aconex with the ability to configure and manage these at project level

• Demonstrated expertise in setting up and maintaining digital delivery systems and workflows - BIM experience is relevant though broader systems and information management capability is what this role requires.

• Clear and effective communication skills with the confidence to engage across all project levels

• For Defence projects you must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA). website successful Aurecon will assist with your application including application fees.
