This role reports intoaMerchantSenior Merchantor Directorandis based in ourBuckheadoffice.
40% Style Set up/System Management
Utilize reports and systems to create hindsight decks and specialized business reports.
Manage FlexPLM inputsunderstand complexities of database andimpactsto other systems ensuring data input isaccurateand up to date
25%:Strategy and Line Structure
Lead business deep dives to support new strategy development and improve existing ones.
Partner with manager to develop and manage seasonal line structure.
Developa strongunderstanding of the marketplace recognizing trends and how they relate to our brand.
Maintain awareness of the competition understanding flow cadence product assortment and make/valueequation.
Deliver selling recaps to cross-functional teams.
20% Sample Management
Assistin sample managementsample check-in samplecloset organizationand presentation set/cleanup
15%:Costing Pricing Margin Management
Manage cost tools analyzemargins& deliverrevenue goals based on financial plans.

Must have:
1-2years of experiencein fashion merchandising retail sales or buying
Strong knowledgeof retail metrics to effectively analyze results across channels and markets
Bachelors Degree
Preferred skills and experience:
Proficient with Microsoft office Suite
Strong product knowledge and presentation skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Abilityto manage and prioritize workload
