Job Summary

Provides case management/therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocialfunctioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission values and mercy service standards.
Position Details:
Education: Masters degree required in Social Work Counseling or another human-service related field.
Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required. Only a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is accepted at Mercy Hospital Perry.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.
Preferred Other: Co-worker must be able to communicate orally in writing and demonstrate proficient computer -worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
