The Role: Manufacturing Technician (Setup)The Manufacturing Technician (Setup) is responsible for setting up production equipment and molds cycling presses and guiding shift personnel on equipment operation. All tasks are performed under supervision and in alignment with production and quality Youll Do:Set up and remove molds in up and cycle production equipment ensuring proper adjustments to produce parts that meet company check part quality and make necessary equipment adjustments to maintain acceptable and troubleshoot issues affecting part quality or production essential information to the next shift and relevant process changes press settings and complete all required documentation all safety procedures including the use of required personal protective a clean organized and safe work other assigned duties as the highest product quality and compliance with Entegris Quality Systems ISO and relevant production schedules are set up and cycled as that all production items meet quality requirements and are handled according to established the group to achieve optimal production output and We Seek:Minimum Diploma or Technical 2 years of experience in plastic injection mathematics skills with a systematic approach to troubleshooting and problem operating molding-related equipment (e.g. MTC robotic fixtures).Knowledge of extrusion or molding of process control and documentation in troubleshooting molding machines and auxiliary of SPC and its proper of polymer processing and drying with tooling functions in injection Candidates Will Have:Strong ability to train others and enhance molding skills/ to provide clear feedback on tooling repairs improvements or troubleshooting capabilities for process-related We Offer:At Entegris we invest in providing opportunities for our employees and promote from within.
