OPTION 1:
4 yrs. trg. or 4 yrs. business administration management science or public administration.
OPTION 2:
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in business administration management science or public administration;
AND 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. supervisory administrative &/or managerial position.
OPTION 3:
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in academic field commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on file;
AND 2 yrs. trg. or 2 yrs. supervisory administrative &/or managerial position or staff position involving planning research &/or policy/procedure development.
OPTION 4:

What Youll Do as an Program Administrator 2
Plan develop & organize all major aspects activities & initiatives of the ONIC Standards & Certification program; Plan write & implement goals based on program needs &/or requirements;
Research the requirements standards &/or processes for potential additional or future certification & accreditation opportunities for ONIC; Monitor government industry &/or professional bodies for relevant accreditation programs; Track application windows deadlines & accreditation review cycles;
Review program criteria against current ONIC policies & practices; Identify any gaps & draft recommendations on how ONIC can meet those standards;
Formulate & implement new policies procedures & program requirements tied to intelligence & forensic standards & certifications; Ensure policies procedures & accreditation requirements are developed maintained & implemented across ONIC;
Track & maintain the ONIC operating budget; Authorize expenditures & purchases in accordance with ONIC guidelines; Assist with procurement & contract processes;
