Starting Rate - $15 / Hour
Anderson Columbia Co. Inc. is hiring a Groundsman at our Asphalt Pant in Panama City FL.
- Grease baghouse before startup each shift and every 4 hours during production after
- Grease all bearings on plant the first Friday of each month
- Refill Oilers weekly
- Walk Plant looking for any potential problems and notify Plant Operator
- Check truck tailgate when under Silo
- Check Conveyor belt alignment
- Adjust skirt board on Bins
- Clean under all Conveyor belts.
- Any other duties assigned by Plant Operators or Plant Foremen
- Communicate with Operators.
- Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles team player with strong interpersonal skills dedicated and hard working.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test/heavy demand physical.
- Must have reliable transportation.
