About Manager Solutions

The Manager Solutions Teamis responsible for maintaining a focused platform of high conviction strategies across traditional long only and alternative asset classes. The platform is leveraged to build discretionary portfolios and advisory solutions for Wealth Management clients across the International Private Bank the US Private Bank and US Wealth Management businesses.

What You Can Expect

Throughout this program youll learn about our business and our clients while building your own expertise. You will partner with colleagues based across the globe to identify innovative investment vehicles for the platform and work closely with specialists bankers and investors to provide insights for our clients.

Joining Manager Solutions means you will be part of a collaborative team of specialists and have the opportunity to drive real impacts for our clients.

Youll also:

Work with partner teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals.

Partner with client advisors bankers global investment specialists and estate experts to help recommend investment and wealth management solutions that protect manage and grow our clients portfolios.

Collaborate with various teams including but not limited to market strategy equity and alternative investment teams to conduct research and analysis develop products and respond to client needs as part of a Solutions Team.

Continuously learn through one-on-one mentorship learning sessions and ongoing events to grow your professional network

During our Solutions Training Program youll gain exposure to every facet of wealth management including investments lending banking and trust and estate planning.

The Investment Solutions Training Program is our main source of homegrown talent and the development pipeline to subject matter experts.

On the program you will be supporting the business by carrying out activities in line with a front-office client-facing pipeline positions: advising on financial strategies building investment portfolios carrying out research and analytics.

Learning and Development

The program begins with a five-week immersive global training program in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we do business build technical and professional skills hear from senior executives and build global networks. For the entirety of the Solutions Training Program youll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities as well as continued opportunities for development engagement and the opportunity to participate in program initiatives.

Career Progression

Youll be encouraged to network across the firm and discover all our opportunities as you consider your next career move. After the program many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates and build long-lasting careers with us.
