Senior Technical Consultant ServiceNow SecOps

Experience: 5 Years (hands-on ServiceNow technical)
Location: Pan India
Work Mode: Hybrid/Onsite

Role Summary
Looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Security Operations (SecOps) to handle end-to-end implementation integrations with external security tools and platform configuration in an enterprise environment. Now Assist implementation experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement gathering and solution design
Configure and implement ServiceNow SecOps modules
Development testing deployment and documentation
Integration with external security tools (SIEM & vulnerability scanners)
Support UAT and go-live activities
Troubleshoot production and integration issues

Mandatory Skills
5 years hands-on ServiceNow technical experience
Strong experience in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR)
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Configuration & development: Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes ACLs Flow Designer
Experience working on enterprise-scale implementations
Good understanding of overall ServiceNow platform
Now Assist (GenAI) implementation/configuration experience
Exposure to ITSM/CMDB
Experience integrating tools like Splunk QRadar Qualys Tenable Rapid7
ServiceNow CSA and SecOps certification

Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder handling
Quick learner and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
