Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Engagement Associate to join a leading business services provider in Riyadh KSA. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting local operations ensuring seamless daily activities and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills attention to detail and a proactive customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure service excellence.
- Provide a superior customer-centric experience at all touch points.
- Maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism at the reception/front desk anticipating client and guest needs.
- Handle telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner with a clear positive tone.
- Manage client check-in and check-out processes.
- Engage in up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality real estate or customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
