Your work profile
- We are seeking an experienced and result drivenGovernance Specialistat a Senior Consultant level with a strong background indigital transformation mobile journeys and customer journeys in the retail banking domain.
- Delivery Lead with Digital transformation experience in the retail banking sector in a complex Global delivery engagement. Prior HSBC experience is a preferred.
- The candidate should have led the engagement at a program level managing a team of project managers.
- The candidate should have the experience of handling large & complex transformation projects in the retail banking sector in digital transformation/mobile banking.
- Project Management skills end to end delivery RAID log reporting Risk reporting and mitigation presenting in Steering Committee
- Excellent agile knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools (like Confluence JIRA excel etc.).
- Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking products
- Should have exposure to digital transformation mobile journeys and customer journeys in the retail banking domain. Exposure to mobile journeys/digital transformation in retail banking is mandatory.
