About the Role
As a Solutions Architect you will support the design of architecture for a global headless CMS ecosystem. You will drive the architecture map integration strategy and help keep delivery on trackensuring the platform supports personalized role-based and multilanguage experiences at global scale in conjunction with a customer identity and access management (CIAM) setup.
In this role you will balance both hands-on execution and strategic architectural design. Your work will span discovery MVP definition taxonomy development and early implementation. To ensure architectural alignment across the organization you will collaborate closely with Marketing Sales Product IT and Legal teams.
Your contributions will drive a validated global headless architecture aligned with business goals a CMSCIAM integration approach ready for production and a clear scalable documentation enabling teams to scale and maintain the platform.
Please note: This is a fixed-term (6months) and hybrid role (2 days per week) based in Östermalm Stockholm.
In this role you will:
Lead end-to-end solution architecture for a global headless ecosystem while ensuring all architectural decisions meet privacy security and compliance standards.
Define integration patterns for CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and guide CIAM workflows such as authentication account creation rolebased access and personalization.
Design and deliver solutions using headless CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful Sanity) through leading discovery sessions supporting proof-ofconcept (POCs) and shaping MVP scope.
Develop scalable content models for multilanguage and multiregional structures and architect personalized content delivery across user roles and preferences.
Produce clear documentation outlining architectural decisions standards and recommendations for future phases.
What Were Looking For
Were looking for an organized and adaptable senior professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment can both work independently and in team setting and brings a service-oriented mindset.
Ideal candidates will bring:
7 years of hands-on experience in solution or enterprise architecture with headless CMS platforms (e.g. Contentful Sanity) preferably in complex multi-market websites or global matrix organizations.
Previous experience of delivering global headless CMS implementations and integrating CIAM platforms to support personalized digital experiences.
Strong understanding of API first and headless architectures enterprise solution mapping and systemtosystem integration flows.
Excellent communication with ability to produce clear architectural diagrams and integration maps. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate with development teams project managers and vendors.
Experience with Agile methodologies Salesforce and Azure-based storage/integrations are plus.
