As a Regulatory Affairs Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the Regulatory Affairs EMEA team in administrative activities such as coordinating invoice payments submitting Purchase Orders and managing suppliers and contracts.
In this role a typical day will include:
Support the following activities of the Regulatory Affairs department
- Provide support for Veeva RIM activities including creation of Applications and Regulatory Objectives uploading approvals and managing Health Authority communications across all submission types (New Registrations Renewals and Variations)
- Coordinate the request of legal documents required to the regulatory processes
- Provide Regulatory/Technical Documents for tenders and other functions
- Maintain and update regulatory databases and dashboards
- Consolidate and generate reports about KPIs and Metrics of the EMEA RA function
- Execute the process to request samples for registration in EMEA Markets (as needed)
- Support for RPA process
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
- Knowledge in Management of administrative activities Metrics reports; regulatory activities
- 2 years of experience working in the RA function
- University degree in a relevant field such as Biology Life Sciences Natural Sciences Chemistry Pharmacy or Law
- English language; very good spoken and written
- Action-oriented results-driven mindset with strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Solid planning organization and ability to manage multiple tasks
