A Day in the Life:
This role is responsible for expanding market presence generating new business opportunities and driving sustainable growth according to Bunges growth plan. This role focuses on identifying emerging markets uncovering customer needs building strong customer relationships and executing strategic initiatives to fulfill the commercial plan. The Regional Sales Representative needs to understand the Fats & Oils business to provide technical advice and recommend products of our portfolio to potential customers also this role is responsible for cash collection. The regional sales representative collaborates closely with planning logistics quality customer service billing and collections to ensure the correct execution of the sales plan and provide the best experience to our clients.
What Youll Be Doing:
Responsible for managing inventory and opening distribution centers in the metropolitan areas of Monterrey and Guadalajara ( 6 Million population)
Responsible for coordinating local distribution execution teams including contracting external carriers
Ensure the management of packaged inventory valued at 1.5M Kusd per site
Identify analyze and prioritize new market segments within the region.
Conduct market research to uncover customer needs and build long-term relations (Prospect development and registration).
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce).
Manages budget negotiates pricing terms and contracts to book deals effectively.
Update Replacement values and Sales Market Prices analysis.
Build strong trust-based relationships with distributors and strategic partners in the region focuses on Metropolitan cities.
Provide ongoing support and account management to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.
Carry out the work to all customers and guarantee the payments of all their invoices.
Detect needs concerns and possible dissatisfactions of customers and prospects.
Report to the Staff of all commercial actions from the competition observed in their daily work.
Personally attend to all the customers and prospects.
Provide basic technical advice to customers and prospects.
Follow up on the complete cycle of sales Order Displacement Delivery with the logistics team Drag and Collection with your direct supervisor.
Work with the Operations Team to execute the project for new distribution centers in Metropolitan City.
Always maintain personal safety as a priority when driving and traveling your route.
Collaborate with demand planning to establish an objective rolling forecast.
Responsible of supervise controls and inventory established in the distribution center.
Skills/Experience
Bachelors degree in sales or administrative sciences.
6 - 10 years of experience in commercial area / sales in the food industry.
Knowledge of the wholesale market for vegetable fats and oils.
Great learning capacity
SAP knowledge desirable
