Shifts Available and Hours:
Night shift
7PM to 7AM
Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential
What you will be doing
- Promote safety within the team track safety observations per team and complete weekly targets.
- Work with the Extrusion teams to ensure COTD items are staged at the press and updated at the end of shifts.
- Support the daily workflow to ensure all daily tasks are complete by the team.
- Help track PPE needs for the team and supply items as needed.
- Partner with the team on continuous improvement efforts through 5S.
What will make you successful
Required Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills; experience with the AS400 system is a plus.
- Crane and Mobile Equipment Certification is required (or the ability to attain this certification through Hydro Training as per the Mobile Equipment Policy).
- Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English.
