Job Summary
The Pool Attendant at Hilton Mystic plays a key role in ensuring a clean safe and enjoyable pool environment for all guests. This position involves maintaining the pool area providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with any needs related to pool usage. The ideal candidate is attentive friendly and dedicated to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area including furniture and restrooms.
- Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and enforce pool rules.
- Assist guests with towels equipment and pool-related inquiries.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
- Support the overall guest experience by delivering respectful and courteous service.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a pool attendant or related hospitality role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand walk and move throughout the shift.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- CPR and First Aid certification a plus.
