- Draft and negotiate complex agreements with primary care partners payers and suppliers
- Provide strategic counsel on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
- Support primary care operations and new initiatives
- Collaborate with privacy information security and compliance teams on regulatory and compliance requirements

- 5 years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in healthcare regulatory or compliance
- Experience advising on healthcare matters
- Experience in healthcare contracting including payer contracting
- Healthcare technology experience
- Understanding of primary care clinical operations and benefit management
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
