We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist in Pharmacy to:
- Analyze operational performance monitor trends and report key findings.
- Gather and evaluate data to support targets for customer service productivity and cost control.
- Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures.
- Ensure departmental compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Support leadership with project planning program development and business opportunity evaluations.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree In business administration finance information systems or another relevant field Required
- Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree in addition to the experience listed below. Required
Work Experience
- 1 year Of experience in healthcare accounting business administration finance analytics project leadership or related experience Required
- 2 years Of experience in healthcare accounting business administration finance analytics project leadership or related experience Preferred

These employees perform various services and duties including pharmacy administration pharmacy primary care services medication prior authorization sterile and non-sterile compounding unit dose packaging and specialty/mail service program.
