Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on:
*Guest room fixtures and appliance
*HVACsystems
*Plumbing and electrical systems
*Check for damage mold or stains before painting and caulking
*Inspecting guest rooms
*Identify potential maintenance issues and resolve them before they escalate
*Maintain records of maintenance schedulesrepairs and inspections
*Ensure compliance with safety regulations
*Assist in emergency repair and troubleshooting equipment failure
*Maintain toolsequipmentand inventory of spare parts
*Respond to maintenance request from guest and staff promptly
