Job Summary
Thirteen Bar & Restaurant is on the property of and from the ownership team of Pioneer Pointe Golf Club
Position Summary
Owns the guest experience from greeting through payment executing structured steps of service with confidence and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute full steps of service with accuracy and pace.
- Guide guests through food and beverage menus.
- Coordinate with support staff tomaintainservice flow.
- Ensureaccurateorder entry and payment processing.
- Maintain organizedworkaresduring peak periods.
Standards & Accountability
- Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service.
- Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times.
- Represent Thirteens hospitality culture consistently.
Qualifications
- Full-service experience preferred.
- Strong communicationand multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service.
- Availability for nights weekends and peak-event shifts.
