Job Summary
The Role
As the Team Leader for Security Remediation you will play avital part in safeguardingNEXT Technology. Your primary mission is to ensure the security stability and peak performance of our infrastructure across on-premise cloud and hybrid environments.
Working closely with our IT Security teams you will provide aresilient foundation for the entire business tackling everything from proactive vendor patching to reactive responses and third-party audits. We are dedicated to yourgrowth and will support you in a collaborative environment that encouragescontinuous learning.
What Youll Take On

- Lead and inspire a team of up to 10 technical engineers providing the coaching and feedback they need tothrive together.
- Drive remediation by ensuring all assets are up to date and addressing vulnerabilities promptly tomake an impact.
- Manage operational standards through proactive monitoring to resolve issues before they affect our services.
- Collaborate across the business with stakeholders and vendors to prioritise infrastructure needs and execute essential upgrades.
- Oversee estate health by managing certificates and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
- Support major incidents by leading troubleshooting efforts to ensure timely service restoration when it matters most.
- Foster a positive culture through daily stand-ups and regular one-to-one meetings ensuring the team remainsaligned and motivated.
