We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Fund Finance Legal team in the role of Senior Legal Counsel.
In this role youll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on fund finance transactions playing a key role in shaping commercial outcomes whilst managing legal regulatory and reputational risk.
Youll be part of a globally connected legal function with exposure to complex cross-border fund finance work and the opportunity to deepen your expertise in this growing market.

In this role you will:
- Advise on a range of fund finance transactions including subscription line facilities NAV facilities and GP finance
- Lead the drafting review and negotiation of fund finance documentation
- Support transactions from structuring through to execution and completion
- Manage relationships with external counsel and oversee delivery
- Provide clear commercially focused advice on legal regulatory and reputational risks specific to fund finance
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Qualified Lawyer in with extensive experience in fund finance
- Strong technical skills in drafting and negotiating finance documentation
- Ability to deliver pragmatic commercially focused legal advice
- Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
