Job Summary

We have a full time vacancy for a Cluster Solution Specialist located in Hamilton New Zealand reporting to the Cluster Solution Manager MQAH Liners & Tubes and On Farm services.

About the Role:

Champion of the Performance Plan Customer Programme that is a key element in the Global strategy of DeLaval. Building understanding and capabilities of staff dealers and customers. Develop sales and business within the region.

Primary function is working with the designated Market Area to create a rollout plan and assist in the execution of the plan covering InServIce All Inclusive Digital and Advisory Services through the channels in the designated market.

Be the expert in taking the performance plans to the market with high level knowledge of ISAI Digital and Advisory services.

Support for the Milk Quality Animal Health Clusters Liners & Tubes and On Farm Services in the designated market area.

Active participation and contribution to Cluster initiatives including other Clusters and DeLaval internal meetings.

Actively work with the Cluster training Coordinator in producing relevant content to continue the competence and knowledge growth in cluster and Market Area staff.

Provide feedback to other Cluster staff outlining the specific needs for the designated Market Area.

Training Staff demonstrate expert capability of training portfolio.

Train the Trainer facilitator identify those who have potential knowledge engagement qualities to deliver training in the different DeLaval product portfolios from within global teams.
Train the trainer training to Market Area staff and Cluster MDSS team facilitation of advanced programs.
Portfolio training programmes are up to date relevant and appropriate to target audience.

About you:

Youll have tertiary qualifications in Dairy / Agricultural or science or Business related degree
Experience and knowledge in DeLaval systems processes and products.
Presentation skills and commercial understanding
Understanding of the dairy industry and dairy farmers seasonality etc.
Training and facilitation expertise

Youll be liaising across internal and external stakeholders and will need to demonstrate drive and a desire to deliver measurable outcomes.
