Director of Operations Help Build and Strengthen a Growing Home Care Agency
Hi Im Dina Hurnevich the owner of Alliance Senior Care. We are a leader in providing quality In-Home Care to Seniors in the tri-county area. Oversee daily operations and ensure services are delivered consistently and efficiently. Work closely with scheduling recruiting and administrative staff to keep the branch running smoothly.
Hire train and support the office team. Set clear expectations help team members develop in their roles and create an environment where people can do their best work.
Conduct client intakes and assessments develop care plans and maintain oversight to ensure services meet client needs. Address concerns from clients families and caregivers when they arise.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and help implement systems that make the agency more efficient. This includes scheduling processes onboarding communication systems and documentation practices.
Ensure the branch operates in accordance with state federal and company regulations. Conduct routine documentation reviews and quality checks.
Track key operational metrics such as billable hours staffing levels recruiting performance and client retention. Work with leadership to ensure the branch is positioned for stable growth.
