Skills:
- Proven experience working with domestic and international contracts for complex projects;
- Proven experience handling complex project contracts during its execution phase;
- Knowledge of contractual language for complex projects;
- Familiarity with global / regional customs and duties and Brazilian taxes is a plus;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Good analytical skills and conceptual thinking to solve contractual problems keen on details and record keeping;
- Interpersonal skills in order to understand how your own work relates and integrates within the project team with other teams and contributes to the area in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support project team with contracts leading drafting and negotiation of contractual documents changes claims correspondences substantiation and record keeping;
- Coordinate project aspects with corporate areas: legal tax finance insurance;
- Experience in negotiation with customers consortium partners subcontractors;
- Actively leading claim / arbitration matters.
Mandatory requirements:
- University degree in Engineering Business Administration or Law ;
- 5 - 10 years of professional experience;
- Leadership skills;
- Availability for domestic and international travels;
- Advanced oral and written English and Spanish languages.
