Job Summary

O WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for 4 enthusiastic people who get genuinely excited about building confidence in kids. This is not a traditional sports or fitness role - our instructors teach real life skills through movement play and structured activities. If you light up around kids and love seeing them grow we want to hear from you.

We are hiring one instructor in each of these areas so you can work close to home:

Westlake
Brecksville
Lyndhurst
Akron

WHAT YOU WILL TEACH

Our curriculum is built around 5 core pillars that guide every class:

Emotional Regulation - helping kids name understand and manage their emotions
Social Skills & Friendships - teamwork communication and building real connections
Confidence & Self-Esteem - small wins positive self-talk and embracing challenges
Physical Confidence - movement coordination balance and safe risk-taking
Focus & Follow Through - goal setting persistence and finishing what they start

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

Part-time flexible hours - a few hours per week
$26.00 per hour
Full lesson plans and curriculum provided - no prep work on your own
Training and ongoing support from our team
Ages 312 across three program levels

BACKGROUND THAT HELPS

You do not need a specific degree. Any experience working with kids in a structured setting is a great fit:

School teachers or teaching assistants
Therapists or counselors
Youth coaches camp counselors or childcare providers
Anyone with a passion for child development and confidence building
