Your work profile
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong experience inServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) implementationto design configure and deploy VR solutions. The candidate will work closely with security and IT teams to integrate vulnerability management tools and automate remediation workflows within ServiceNow.
Key skills required
- LeadServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR)implementation and configuration.
- Integrate vulnerability scanners such asQualys Tenable or Rapid7with ServiceNow.
- Configure vulnerability groups assignment rules SLAs and remediation workflows.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow usingFlow Designer Business Rules Script Includes and APIs.
- Support vulnerability lifecycle management reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams for vulnerability remediation.
- Perform testing deployment and documentation of VR solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow Security Operations.
- Education - UG and Above Information Technology or a related field.
- 68 years of overall IT experience with3 years in ServiceNow Security Operations / Vulnerability Response.
- Strong hands-on experience withServiceNow VR module implementation.
- Experience integrating vulnerability scanners (Qualys/Tenable/Rapid7).
- Knowledge ofServiceNow platform development (JavaScript REST/SOAP APIs).
- Good understanding ofvulnerability management and security operations processes.
- ServiceNowCSA and CIS-VR certifications preferred.
