Job Summary
As an Advanced Embedded Engineer here at Honeywell you will lead the design and development of sophisticated embedded software solutions collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and reliable products. You will apply your deep technical expertise to influence architecture decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Refine the voice of the customer to ensure product alignment with market needs.
- Select candidate hardware and firmware technologies suitable for development projects.
- Implement short-cycle feasibility projects aimed at mitigating technical risks.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as the primary contact for the innovation hub within the HTS Mexico City design center.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in firmware development or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and firmware technologies.
- Experience in implementing feasibility projects and managing technical risks.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to firmware development.
- Familiarity with development tools and methodologies specific to firmware engineering.
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in the Fire and Life Safety Systems industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
