Global Customer Engagement

SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS) provides a wide range of services for managing business process and application logic data layers application security software releases performance integrations and adoption accelerator through a subscription. Our application experts are engaged across the customer lifecycle to understand customers needs helping to define and scope elements and outcomes aiming at a delivery of service excellence.
Cross Delivery and Customer Service Center unit focusses on achieving overall delivery consistency efficient processes and providing top-notch customer service . The team is pivotal to supporting and scaling the business by serving as the central engine for delivery engagement and operations. We manage key functions including program management process improvements strategic supplier and contract management and provide essential 24x7 first-level support via the CAS Service Desk.

What youll do

As a member of Cloud Application Services (CAS) youll work in a global environment of Cross Delivery and Customer Service Center for driving strategic process transformation engagement model definition and end-to-end delivery excellence

  • Support with process design aiming to remove complexity while striving for efficiencies.
  • Contribute to continuous change management and cross-functional projects
  • Data collection to track performance and analyze performance data against predefined KPI for the processes.
  • Use insights from KPI analysis to drive continuous improvement efforts identify opportunities for automation and bottlenecks from the process.
  • Prepare weekly reports to support CAS operations and performance tracking
  • Analyze data and generate insights on key metrics and SLA compliance
  • Support monitoring and measurement of operational KPIs
  • Create and maintain monthly performance reports and dashboards

What you bring

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelors program in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field to be concluded in approximately 24 months.

  • Advanced knowledge ofOffice Package (Power point excel and others)
  • Advanced written and verbal skills in English and Portuguese.
  • An analytical mindset plus a can-do attitude
