Senior Consultant.

EY GDS team is looking for a strong motivated independent and energetic Ariba Consultant / Senior Consultant who can drive the functional and SAP Ariba aspects of managing Procurement Strategic Sourcing Suite Supplier Risk and Implementation of key modules. Were looking for Senior with expertise in SAP Ariba Implementation to join the EYD GDS. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.

Your key responsibilities

You will work with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects

Your primary roles will be (but not limited to) to:

• Deliver as part of a globally diverse consulting team entrusted with the task of delivering Ariba engagements for clients across various Industry Groups
• Contribute to knowledge development and asset/solution development efforts
• Contribute to sales enablement efforts through RFP responses/demos
• Performs Configuration/Customization of the SAP Ariba system including creation workflows
• Performs integrations and process automation
• Good exposure on different SAP Ariba APIs
• Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data
• Must analyze and fully understand user stories and internal procedures in order to improve system capabilities automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the SAP Ariba releases

Skills and attributes for success

• B.E./MBA from Tier-1 institutes with 3-5 years of relevant Ariba Implementation experience
• Experience across Source to Contract Procurement to Pay SIPM/SLP/Supplier RISK. Exposure to ECC would be desirable
• Candidate should have at least 1-2 end to end Implementation experience
• Effective communication skills and experience with customer facing relationships for both project and sustain related functions
• A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
• Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently self-motivated and highly focused
• Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure is desirable

To qualify for the role you must have

• College degree in related technology field (Computer Engineering Science etc.) or comparable job experiences
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of experience in a development role. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period
• Any SAP Ariba/MM certification a plus

Ideally you should also have

• Experience on SDLC or SAP Activate methodology or equivalent tool to maintain stories.
• Knowledge about SAP Aribas latest release and functionalities
