The Position
Reporting to the Team Lead Senior Business Analyst you will be an on-site member of Burgundys Business Solutions this role you support various internal applications while maintaining strong relationships with our internal users and vendors. This role also provides opportunities to participate in projects and initiatives ensuring the successful transition of change into the production environment.

Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Provide application support across a number of applications (e.g. Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics Charles Rivers Microsoft Power Apps W360)
- Triage incoming tickets through Jira
- Liaise with business vendors and software development team regarding support requests
- Actively participate and take ownership of assigned tasks for projects and initiatives
- Troubleshooting after hours when needed
- Create and maintain system support guides and document processes for all systems supported by the Support team
Skills and Specifications
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with teams
- Interested in investigating complex problems and making sense of information
- Willing and capable of understanding new business processes and technology quickly
- An excellent communicator
- Able to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science or other field related to information systems and technology
- Knowledge of SQL is an asset
- Other programming skills as asset
- Experience with Dynamics and the Microsoft Power platform W360 and/or Charles River an asset

Pay Type:
The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
