RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing grooming dressing toileting
- Assist with mobility transfers and prescribed physical therapy exercises
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Perform light housekeeping activities and laundry
- Provide medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Run errands and provide transportation as needed
- Follow care plans and document services provided
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred
- First Aid and CPR certified preferred
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
- Compassionate respectful reliable punctual and ethical
