Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Senior Program Manager located in Flex Guadalajara North site.
This role involves working in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project pricing and program strategies to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
What a typical day looks like:
- Previous experience working on manufacturing company.
- Strong experience in accounting financial management.
- Organize plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Provide help knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines delivery quality and the required business metrics.
- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame funding requirements procedures for accomplishing program staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
- In charge of customers satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
- Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
- Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
- Holds up production sites for projects costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.
- Liaise with business development managers global account managers and senior management for pricing approval.
- Maintain project plan documents procedures and project deliverables.
- Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules etc.
- Provide advice to Project/Product Managers to achieve financial goals in accordance with established policies (Price reviews Quote vs Actuals Profit Improvement Plan etc).
- Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and professionals.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS degree.
- PMI certification is preferred.
- Microsoft Project knowledge is preferred.
- Advanced English level is required.
- Previous experience in program management and finance.
- Prior experience serving as a leader of cross-functional program teams.
- Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site.
- P&L responsibility for the function.
- Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.
- Provides strategic leadership for the function and the site.
