Job description Key Responsibilities
Product & Requirements Management
Elicit analyze and collaborate with business stakeholders to define clear product vision goals and detailed functional requirements.
Own and manage the product backlog ensuring continuous prioritization based on business value dependencies and product growth objectives.
Translate business needs into right sized Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria functional details and design inputs using JIRA.
Agile Delivery & Planning
Facilitate and actively participate in PI Planning backlog refinement sprint planning sprint reviews and demos.
Ensure stories are well groomed estimable and ready for development ahead of sprint execution.
Work closely with Scrum Masters and delivery teams to ensure smooth sprint execution and alignment with PI objectives.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Development Architecture QA and UX teams to communicate scope clarify requirements and support solution design.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and timely decision making.
Delivery & Release Support
Support sprint reviews internal and external product demos and stakeholder walkthroughs.
Assist in release planning documentation and readiness activities to ensure smooth product rollouts.
Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and business expectations.
Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular updates on backlog status delivery progress risks and dependencies.
Manage stakeholder expectations by balancing scope timelines and priorities in a fast paced agile environment.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills
Strong experience in Product Ownership / Business Analysis within Agile / SAFe environments.
Hands on expertise with JIRA (Epics User Stories workflows acceptance criteria).
Solid understanding of Agile ceremonies (PI Planning Sprint Planning Review Demo Backlog Refinement).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with cross functional globally distributed teams.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Exposure to SAFe Scrum or scaled agile frameworks.
Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility.
