Job Summary
The Senior Finance Manager will lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities while providing strategic finance support for Supply Chain operations. This role combines expertise in forecasting budgeting and performance analysis with deep understanding of supply chain cost drivers inventory management and operational efficiency. The position partners with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive profitability and optimize working capital.
Responsibilities
Provide financial analysis and decision support for manufacturing logistics and procurement activities.
Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop financial statement forecasts create and maintain financial dashboards and perform financial analysis to support decision-making.
Reporting and Analysis: Provide critical insights serve as a financial advisor to finance leaders and establish and maintain data integrity.
Develop and maintain cost models for supply chain operations including material labor and overhead costs.
Partner with operations leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities track productivity projects and efficiency improvements.
Standardized Reporting: Deploy standardized and digitized reporting connect ISC EDW and Digital Finance for holistic reporting and create standard FDS smart view pulls to validate data.
Execute ISC Finance objectives drive results hold others accountable to their commitments and maintain an operational excellence culture
Prepare monthly performance reviews variance analysis and actionable insights for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls.
Drive automation and process improvements in FP&A and supply chain finance reporting tools.
Provide key insights and assist in preparing the annual operating plan (AOP) quarterly forecasts and long-range planning for both corporate and supply chain functions.
Qualifications
8 years of progressive experience in FP&A and/or supply chain finance.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in financial modeling ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills required.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of senior leaders clients customers and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word MS Excel MS Access MS PowerPoint MS Outlook).
Ability to read speak and write in English required.
