As a Sales Intake Specialist You Will:
Lead high-volume outbound calls to engage potential and existing clients connecting them to the right care solutions
Build meaningful relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional personalized service
Become an expert in our servicesconfidently communicating features benefits and pricing
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Guide individuals through the intake and referral processfrom discovery to successful conversion
Skillfully navigate objections turning challenges into opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless positive customer experience
Participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of industry trends and sales strategies
Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA Privacy Final Rule
Support additional duties and projects as needed
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a call center sales environment
Home care healthcare or social work experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid (MCO MLTC and other payer types) home care benefits and multi-state regulations
Comfort working with multiple systems databases and data entry tools
Reliable transportation to perform job responsibilities
You will report to the Director of Sales.
