Your goal is simple but ambitious: transform our warehouse into a buzzing hub of high-quality long-term rotating storage contracts. You will be the face of our facility connecting businesses with the space and logistics precision they need to scale.- Hunt & Harvest: Actively prospect and land new clients who need more than just a roofthey need palletized storage floor space and integrated logistics mastery.
- Reel in the Big Fish: Showcase our cutting-edge inventory systems top-tier security and seamless final-mile delivery to win over major B2B players.
- Build an Empire of Relationships: You arent just signing contracts; youre building a network. Youll manage accounts to ensure renewals and find creative ways to upsell our suite of services.
- Master the Floor: Work hand-in-hand with our operations team to ensure every pallet is placed perfectly and every clients goods are integrated flawlessly into our tech stack.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor the market like a hawk keeping us competitive on pricing and ahead of the competition in service offerings.
- The Track Record: You have 3 years of in the trenches sales experience in warehousing 3PL or supply chain management.
- The Closer Mentality: You dont just talk sales; you have a proven history of signing high-value B2B contracts.
- Logistics IQ: You understand the heartbeat of a warehousefrom inventory management to the complexities of final-mile delivery.
- Self-Starting DNA: You are motivated by the win (and the commission) and can work independently to crush your targets.
- The Toolkit: Excellent negotiation skills a professional presentation style and a valid drivers license for hitting the road to meet your future clients.
- Deep roots in the 3PL industry or an existing network of logistics contacts.
- A tech-savvy approach to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience specifically in final-mile delivery solutions.
