Job Summary
Job Title: Clinic Manager
Specialty: Clinical Operations / Healthcare Management

Shift Schedule: Full-time on-site
How many shifts needed per month: Full-time coverage
License:
- Active unrestricted license in any of the following (RN PA NP)
OR - Certification for Healthcare Administration roles
Certifications:
- Applicable certification based on clinical/administrative role
- PA must have PANCE (if applicable)
Experience needed:
- Minimum 5 years healthcare/nursing experience
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
Special Skills needed:
- Clinical operations management
- Staff supervision and coordination
- EMR and MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 weeks to 8 weeks
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of assigned health unit
- Act as on-site point of contact with Government
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and contract requirements
- Coordinate scheduling reporting and service delivery
- Support inspections and audits
Misc:
- Authority to act on behalf of contractor at site level
- Must ensure uninterrupted clinic operations
