Caregiver (CNA/GNA/CMT Preferred) Flexible Schedule

Shepherds Staff is hiring dependable compassionate caregivers who take pride in providing high-quality care. We are looking for professionals passionate about caregiving not just someone looking for a job.

Requirements:

CNA GNA or CMT preferred
1 year professional caregiving experience preferred
Reliable professional and compassionate
Strong communication skills
Must pass background check and drug screening
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
(auto insurance in caregivers name or listed as a covered driver)

Responsibilities:

Assist with ADLs (bathing dressing grooming toileting)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Support mobility and safe transfers
Medication reminders (CMTs may administer medications as assigned)
Light housekeeping and meal prep
Report changes in client condition
Transport clients to appointments/errands as needed
