Job Summary

Job role: Coupa Adminisrator

Duration: 2 Months

Location: 4 days Onsite - Dallas TX 75231

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support the Coupa platform including configuration maintenance and troubleshooting
Manage and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable (AP) modules
Design implement and support Coupa integrations with internal and external systems
Work on Coupa to SAP S/4HANA integration ensuring seamless data flow between systems
Handle Purchase Order (PO) IDOCs from Coupa to SAP supporting order processing for pick pack and ship operations
Configure and maintain Supplier Information Management (SIM) within Coupa
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement Finance IT and Supply Chain)
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure system performance and data accuracy
Support testing deployment and documentation of system enhancements

Overview of project/skills required:

Procure to Pay and AP module expertise
Deep understanding of Coupa integrations
Coupa to SAP S/4HANA specific integration experience. Understanding of Purchase Order IDOCs in Coupa being sent to SAP as a Sales Order for pick pack and ship from warehouse
