5day working week: MondayThursday: 8.15am5pm Friday: 8.30am4pm Saturday: 9am1pm on a rota basis (1 in 4)

OTE up to 46600 including 40000 basic per annum 6600 bonus potential

**A Rare Opportunity - We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior/Master Technician to join our prestigious Lotus Maserati & Ferrari team. This role focuses on advanced diagnostics technical leadership and delivering rightfirsttime repairs across some of the worlds most iconic performance brands. Based at Charles Hurst you will work closely with our accomplished Aftersales Manager David Ritchie who will ensure you have the support tools and training needed to excel. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve complex faults to Lotus Maserati & Ferrari manufacturer standards
  • Provide technical expertise and mentoring to colleagues within the workshop
  • Prepare and qualitycheck new and used performance vehicles for sale
  • Maintain the highest levels of workmanship safety and customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience Required

  • Exceptional diagnostic capability and advanced mechanical knowledge
  • Previous Master Technician experience or equivalent seniorlevel role
  • NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or similar qualification
  • Confident in the use of diagnostic tools and specialist equipment
