Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:
Erstellung von Planaktualisierungen der Bestandsniederlassungen
Erstellen von Belegungsplänen Fluchtwegshinweisplänen und Fluchtwegslaufkarten etc.
Unterstützung bei der Planung von Neu- und Umbauten
Erstellung von Aufmaßen und Aktualisierung von Bestandslisten
Pflege der Facility Management-Datensätze der Niederlassungen weltweit (in Acad Excel Word Access MS Office)
Unterstützung bei der Angebotseinholung und der Rechnungsprüfung
Unterstützung von Handwerkereinsätzen am Standort Mannheim
Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Bürotätigkeiten
Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Technischer Zeichner Bauzeichner oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufspraktische Erfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld (Planungsbüro Unternehmen Architekturbüro usw.)
Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse insbesondere in CAD (Autocad 3-D) und den MS-Office Applikationen
Im Idealfall gute Kenntnisse bzw. Erfahrung aus Baueingabeverfahren und des Bauablaufes sowie der gebäudetechnischen und infrastrukturellen Prozesse im Facility Management
Gute Englischkenntnisse aufgrund der regelmäßigen Kontakte mit unseren internationalen Standorten
Sehr gute Kommunikationsskills Flexibilität und Teamgeist
