- 负责司美格鲁肽GLP1产品组合在华东及华中区域市场策略制定与落地
- 推动诺和盈诺和泰诺和忻在区域的组合推广
- 协同区域业务医学及相关团队融动医药卫生专业人士及重点KOL
- 结合公立私立零售等渠道特点探索差区域异化市场策略
- 带领区域市场团队持续提升团队专业度与执行质量
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历医药相关专业优先
- 8年以上医药行业经验5年以上市场/区域市场经验
- 有肥胖症/ 糖尿病治疗领域 相关经验优先
- 有团队及跨区域管理经验者优先
- 具备良好的策略思维协同能力与业务敏感度
