Job Summary
To the O&M team of and ensure that the all plants perform at their optimal best from Techno-commercial perspective.
1. Ensure portfolio performance above budgeted production.
2. Responsible for P&L of all projects - Develop and manage project budget contract stake holder and customer relation
3. Implementation of Management systems & HSE practices across portfolio
4. Deliver Overall KPI (performance Safety commercial and Compliance)
5. responsible for Safety of people and Asset
6. Implementation of O&M contracts and AMCs
7. Employee Engagement and CSR
8. Forecast & scheduling requirement and implementation
9. Support BD Engineering and cross functional team for new projects (M&A /O&M Budget)
10. HOTO from Construction and In-house O&M Preparedness
11. Inventory and Asset management
12. Management Report and Reviews
13. strict compliance to organisation and statutory policies.
14. Warranty Management
