Senior Flutter Developer (AI-Driven Spec-Driven)
Location: Mohali / Hybrid/Kochi (Hybrid)
Experience Range: 8-12 Years

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the development of a cross-platform mobile application (Android iOS PWA) for an enterprise client. The role focuses on building a scalable offline-first application using existing APIs while strictly following AI-assisted and specification-driven development practices.
You will work closely with backend teams product owners and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality production-ready features in a fast-paced milestone-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Architecture
- Develop and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications across Android iOS and PWA
- Implement offline-first architecture including local storage sync mechanisms and queue-based processing
- Integrate with existing APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger-based) and ensure seamless data flow
- Build dynamic schema-driven UI components aligned with design systems
AI & Engineering Innovation (Preferred)
- Actively participate in the adoption of AI-enabled development tools and workflows across the SDLC including code generation spec-driven development and automated testing.
- Explore and experiment with AI Foundry platforms agent-based architectures and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
- Contribute to proof-of-concepts involving Microsoft AI Agentic frameworks Copilot Studio agents and agent-to-agent communication patterns.
- Apply AI tools to enhance engineering productivity documentation quality and test coverage across delivered solutions.
- Stay current with emerging AI development practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and upskilling initiatives.
Quality & Testing
- Write unit tests widget tests and contribute to E2E automation
- Maintain high code quality aligned with coverage and CI standards
- Collaborate with QA teams for defect resolution and test improvements
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work within Jira GitHub Confluence ecosystem for delivery tracking
- Participate in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams for smooth releases

- Experience applying AI tools across the full SDLC including requirements design development testing and documentation.
- Experience with IdentityServer Microsoft Entra ID and Entra External ID (B2C / CIAM) for identity and access management.
- Exposure to automated security testing performance testing tools (JMeter) and observability platforms (AppInsights ELK).
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
- 7-8 years of mobile development experience
- Experience in enterprise or large-scale applications preferred
